In plain terms, our pledge to the community is a promise about how we run the business. We are a family business based in Bend, where we offer full Bend property management. So we put our commitments in writing, and you can hold us to them.
This pledge applies to everyone we work with, including property owners, tenants and neighbors. Whether a property is a vacation home, a long-term rental, a commercial space or a ranch, the same standards also apply. The same is true for the communities we serve through condo association management.

In addition, every quote is customized to the property type and the services an owner chooses.

Because tenants are part of the community too, we pledge to deliver a reliable tenant experience. Our tenant screening follows Oregon fair housing laws and federal regulations, which keeps the process fair. We also hold security deposits in a trust account that complies with Oregon law.
