11. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the paragraph below and to any venue required by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Deschutes County or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section applies to, limits, or changes the venue for any claim arising under a rental agreement, a property management agreement, or ORS chapter 90, which shall be brought in the court and county provided by law and by that agreement.

14. Rental and Management Agreements Control These Terms govern only your use of the Website. If you are a tenant, applicant, or property owner, your rights and obligations relating to a rental property are governed by your rental agreement or property management agreement and applicable law, including the Oregon Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (ORS chapter 90). Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or modifies any right or remedy you have under ORS chapter 90 or other law that cannot be waived, and if these Terms conflict with such an agreement or law, the agreement or law controls.
