Rental applications: When you apply to rent, we collect information you provide in the application, which may include your Social Security number or other government identifier, date of birth, income and employment information, and consumer and tenant screening reports. We use it only to evaluate your application, as permitted by law, and we share it only with screening providers and the property owner. By submitting an application, you consent to this collection and use.

Host and owner accounts: If you create an account to list a property, we collect your account details and the listing information you provide. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name and email address.

Purposes for Processing

We process personal data to provide website services, manage property inquiries, process applications, communicate with you, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of Personal Data

We share categories of personal data (identifiers, financial info) with third parties such as property owners, service providers (e.g., payment processors and tenant screening providers), and affiliates for business purposes.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

Cookies and Third-Party Services on This Website
